A Few Words About Our History ...
We Built ‘iTunes’ Before iTunes...
Forward-thinking startup company CDbeat needed a rapid software development partner to create a new kind of app, something never before seen or done... and the window of opportunity was very tight. We gladly accepted the challenge.
The result? A free-to-download interactive web-enabled CD player app that pulled album information (such as music track details, cover art, and lyrics) from the cloud... in 1999! The system also boasted integrated discussion forums and virtual fan clubs. CDbeat entered the public market, and ultimately merged with Majesco Entertainment... what history!
We Built ‘Netflix’ Before Netflix...
Another forward-thinking startup, VVS (Virtual Video Systems), needed a turnkey video-on-demand solution for streaming movies directly into the home — at a time when Netflix was still in the business of shipping rental DVDs by postal mail.
The result? A fully integrated platform comprising back-end video content management (and corresponding VOD patent), a robust online video streaming delivery system, and an in-home set-top-box running a dedicated video-on-demand interface for home users. A first of its kind, in 2005!
A next-generation SaaS platform
One of our more current long-terms clients, Neurotracker needed a complete overhaul of their legacy Windows-based desktop application, in order to move to a fully cloud-based system...
The result? A next-generation adaptive SaaS platform with unparalleled flexibility for future features and requirements. The new NeurotrackerX cognitive training platform has been running solid for 3 years and counting. The system boasts clinically-proven significant gains in brainwave activity and attention, boosting overall mental performance, reducing the effects of cognitive fatigue, and also offers an accurate indicator of return-to-play status after concussions.
